Pistachio Pesto
Makes: about 1 cup
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2/3 cup pistachios
- 6 cups basil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
